Combining low overhead, state of the art equipment and years of experience makes Dr. Jubb's office a great place to visit. Dr. Jubb completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Oregon State University and his Doctorate in Optometry at Pacific University. He practiced in Idaho, Washington, and Oregon, before returning to Washington to serve Mount Vernon. and the surrounding communities.
